I am trying to collect and focus on the most relevant information to prepare for the Certified Administrator exam. I have access to the inkling ebook that came with the course Service Now Administrator Fundamentals. My understanding is all exam questions are answered in that document.
The course instructor told us knowledge checks questions are not part of what the exam will ask. I don't understand that. I don't see how the exam could exclude all that information.
Can you explain?
