Knowledge Feedback Ratings

Hi, I just had this happen in knowledge feedback, multiple feedbacks were sent and returned with different ratings, and all were within seconds of each other. I'm unsure what may have caused this, any help would be appreciated.

Would it be possible for you to provide some more information about this? My hunch is that something may have auto-triggered the creation of these Knowledge Feedback entries.

Generally, these records get created only when users provide feedback manually,

You might want to consider looking at the other columns for the Knowledge Feedback related list for what values they contain, in order to investigate further.
