Hi, I have a requirement
In Knowledge articles there are different types of comments captured in activity log
Comments which are automated ( like Article automatically retired etc)
Feedback comments from users which they give on portal
Work notes made from backend by author or ownership group- we are not sure work notes are included, but mentioning anyhow.
However currently everything is being captured as Knowledge feedback which should not be the case.
Requirements:
For knowledge base= IT
Knowledge Feedback should be specific for user comments/feedback being submitted from the different portals (central + IT) , we should not see automated comments (example: “automatically retired”) or work notes as part of the knowledge feedback.
Remove the existing unrelated knowledge feedbacks from already existing knowledge articles- automated comments and work notes (if exist) to be removed from current articles on prod env.
How can i achieve this ?

You can achieve this by performing below two things-
Create a BR to filter out automated comments and work notes.
Run some cleanup of existing feedback to remove any unrelated feedbacks from current knowledge articles.
