Knowledge-> Import Articles module is not available

Hi, Am not sure if this import articles module is only available in Madrid release. I am currently running Madrid in my developer instance but Import articles module is not available in my instance. Am I missing any plugins?

Hi,

the Import Articles menu in the Application Navigator is available only for the Madrid native instance.

I've just double checked it in my personal instance (Madrid), I can see the menu, however in another personal instance (London) is not there.

Just confirming here, are you talking here "Import Article" button which is available when you go to the Self Service>> Knowledge and then see the button "Import Article" on top right side. if yes then kindly validate the below properties and check is that set "true" or "False" in the value field.

glide.knowman.import.hide_import_functionality

Note: To enable or visible it must set as "false".

No. I have the import articles option. Under Articles, i was informed that there is a Import Articles option like in attached snapshot.

on which version it is showing that module? can you confirm that is OOTB or Custom module ?

Yes my friend has requested for a developer instance which is Madrid release and he sees it. I also have a Madrid version instance but i have upgraded my instance and did not request for a new instance and i dont see that module.
