Knowledge Management (KM) Implementation Task: Create a knowledge base

Hi Community,

Unfortunately, I can't make any progress with the above task. I have added the article template fields to the knowledge form as specified. I also created an entry called Policy and added the 3 fields here too. Unfortunately, the system does not recognize it. Validate Task failed.

Hi @Nordicskilla 

I think it can be a lab issue then. As I can see you done more than 80% of lab , so if you okay you can submit, Else log a now learning case and team will guide you.

Im having the same issues. Its not my Knowlege base I created.   And when I try and create a new one it says its already created.
