If a user saves a new knowledge article to complete later, the submit button is no longer available on the saved article. Once the article author has completed the article, how would they indicate they are completed without a submit button?
In our case, a different user will review and wordsmith submitted (draft) articles before publishing (requesting approval). Is there a way the reviewer would know if an article was submitted or just saved?
Thank you!

Submit and Save are just like on any other record in the system Submit, inserts the record and returns to a prior view, save inserts the record and stays on the record. I think what you're asking for is after the editing is done they would click "publish" or whatever the next step of your knowledge workflow is.

When article is submitted or saved, it is not sent for review yet. It is still in draft state.
Author must publish the article to send it for review

I think "Update" saves the record and exits not "Submit". Submit seems to be coming from another UI Action on an extended table for Templates.
