Hello,

I'm completing the Lab 4.3.1 of the SN Administration Fundamentals, specifically the part step of "Prepare and run the transform"

When I click on the Transform link under de Related Links, I got this message

But I have already uploaded the data:

Can anyone let me know what I'm missing?

Thanks!

Hi @PamelaRegidor,

That message means the transform map can’t find an import set in its source table that is ready to transform. Your rows show Pending, so the data did load. Please check these two things:

  1. Source table: Open your Transform Map (System Import Sets > Transform Maps) and confirm the Source table is the same staging table that holds your ISET0010004 rows. If the staging table was created twice during the lab, the map may point to the other, empty one. Fix it, save, and click Transform again.

  2. Reload and transform right away: Go back to the Data Source and click Load All Records. You don’t need to upload the file again. Then open the transform map and click Transform. Rows stay Pending until a transform runs, and once a transform has run on an import set it can’t be used again, which gives this same error. A fresh load creates a new import set, so the transform has something to work on.

After the transform, the rows should change from Pending to Inserted or Updated and the records will show up in the target table.
