Hi - We have a ServiceNow instance that was setup 10 years back with using Content Management pages for our customers and using LDAP authentication for allowing the customers to login to this CMS page as their portal.
Recently, we developed a Service Portal but the SSO is now broken for these users. When they hit the Service Portal, they are prompted for username and password. If they enter their AD email and password, it lets them in but it should automatically take them in to ServiceNow since they are logged in to Classlink already. I am not sure what is missing.
The user account in ServiceNow is in customer_contact table and the source is set to "ldap:" with the LDAP Server pointing to their LDAP server.
Can you please let me know where I should look to even troubleshoot this issue?
