LDAP Integrtion

Hi All,

 

 I've configured LDAP server and scheduled load to sync the Shared Mailbox data. When I tested with Test OU everything was working as expected. So, I've changed it to Production OU and when I'm testing with it getting error as "Loading import set table with error: <importsettablename>". Can anyone please help me here to troubleshoot this issue further?

Hi @Navyashree 

 

Why you have changed same same Test Ldap server config to prod for shared mail box.

Please do create separate entry.

Make sure ,you are setting correct up and & running Mid server for prod.

Shared mail box URL you are updating by Prod one .

Also updating prod OU 

Prod credential should be different from Test. Update login password as well, if needed.
