LDAP Insert missing details

Hey,
I have a question.
is there a delay between what details to import from ldap to servicenow ?
un my system the ldap run on ServiceNow at 1 AM. but for some reason when I insert new user in ldap, the night process dose not get all the details.
is this normal ? should I do anything in ServiceNow ?

check when is the scheduled import configured in your instance i.e. the timing

I have my LDAP to run at 1 AM.
my question was if the scheduled get the up to date data ?

did you check the scheduled import?

Yes the scheduled import will fetch data which is accurate at that point of time.

Example: if LDAP runs daily every 3pm GMT and if user got created at 3.05pm then that user fetch will happen the next day at 3pm GMT.
