Limit the bars of column trend chart

Hi All, 

I am reporting on sp_log table to find the most searched keyword. Howver, I want to show trend chart so that we can find the popular search words by month but I wanted to show only top 10 in each month. I could not find any option to acheive this, please guide/help me on this.

Hi Venkat,

If you go to Service Portal > Usage Overview there is a report called Service Portal Search Terms that is reporting on the sp_log table where type=search.

Use/ take reference from the same report.

Hi Sandeep,

Thank you, Unfortunately we can't use that as we are using AI search. My question is on reporting side to know if we can define the system to show only 10 bars per Month in the column chart

Unfortunately, you cannot do it only by reporting if don't have PA.
