We have an intranet site and have various links to specific catalog items across pages on the site so when customers find what they need, they can click they link to go to the catalog item directly (instead of having to know which way to navigate through the portal categories, etc).
The issue is that if the customer is not logged in to ServiceNow, it prompts them to login and then after logging in, it sends them to the portal home page instead of the catalog item. So then they are lost because they don't know where to find the item they originally wanted. So they have to go back to the intranet site and then click the link again to get to the catalog item request form. Is there a setting we are missing to let it continue on to the catalog item after logging in?
NOTE: This is a Federal instance and uses SSO login.
