We are creating a scenario where end users will be accessing Knowledge Base Articles from Service Now. In this case the link to the Knowledge Base articles will be shared with the service now users and end users. Can the users access these links without logging in to Service Now? Also, is it advisable to mark these articles as public and share the public links with the users?
Can you please share the recommended approach.
