We've created new columns for or knowledge portal so users can access specific video articles for training reference. However, we've come across an issue where the links appear in our main /kb portal, but they do not show up in our /csm?id=kb_home page and I'm struggling to figure out where the issue lies. I'm not sure if it's a scoping issue or what, but here are screen shots of the problem.

Did you add the knowledge base in the csm portal record by navigating to the Service Portal->Portals

Yeah, the knowledge base is listed in the CSM portal. I even removed it and readded it to verify. They still don't show up.

I would look at those widgets if they are custom widgets. Any query or restriction on that which is limiting it or any application scope issue.l

I'm not finding anything glaringly obvious in the widget. And the widget is the same through either link.
