Links appearing in one portal but not another

We've created new columns for or knowledge portal so users can access specific video articles for training reference. However, we've come across an issue where the links appear in our main /kb portal, but they do not show up in our /csm?id=kb_home page and I'm struggling to figure out where the issue lies. I'm not sure if it's a scoping issue or what, but here are screen shots of the problem.

Hi @phaug 

 

Please check that knowledge base has been added in both the portals.

 

 

 

 

 

Open portal in list view

 

Select the required portal.

 

Scroll down, to related list.

 

Knowledge base related list 

 

Edit and move to right side slush bucket.

 

Save n chk on portal.

 

Also make sure use has required role to see that knowledge.

I checked that, it's listed in both portals. So not sure what's the issue. I also tried creating the instance in Global instead of Knowledge to see if that'd fix the issue, but it has the same behavior.

Seems it technical issue, may be try to clear cache and try with other users as well. If not working HI support ticket is best one.
