Hi all,
We have a List Collector that is Read-only after the catalog item has been submitted from the Portal.
Is there a better way to display List Collector (want to display the display value) than the OOB like:
I find it to be too cumbersome and lots of wasted space when users can't edit it anyway, especially when it's empty... and we have 3 of them one after the other so it actually looks terrible.
I am hoping for something tidy like what they have for Work notes list:
Is this possible? if so, please point me in the right direction...
Thank you very much!
M

glide_list is the correct attribute, but since you are speaking about catalog items, you do not add attributes to the dictionary, instead to the Variable attributes:

Not sure what is going on with the images (they are not loading), but i have them in the mail sent by ServiceNow.
You have actually added glide_list2 as a "Reference qualifier". You have to put this into the 'Variable attributes' field (as i have shown in the screenshot posted in my first response).
It must be glide_list2 btw, not glide_list!

Thank you Markus!
Sorry for being blind.
glide_list worked for me... not glide_list2.
Thanks again,
M

Can you confirm again, what worked for you?
I think I suggested glide_list and not glide_list2.

Hi,
why not hide it when it's empty and anyhow user won't edit it?
