Hi experts, I have a following requirement: CIs from related tabs: "Affected CIs" from Change request should be listed also in Change task -> in lookup list related to "Configuration item" field and also in related tabs "Affected CIs" when user click on edit button he should be able to see only list of CIs from "Affected CIs" related to Change request. I'm really struggling...it is possible to do it? Thank you in advance.

Hi @katarina27

I am getting confused withyoru statement , please provide more details. or If i understood you want to show only Affected CI , from CI list, which is not a possible case.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG

I hope I will give you a better explanation or the requirement: If user will add e.g. these CIs: NY2C, NY2B, NY2A, NY1B to Change request -> Affected CIs, then only these should be selectable in Change task-> Configuration item field and also in Change task->Affected CIs (after clicking on edit UI action). I've added also screenshots.

Hi @katarina27

Greetings!!

Sorry, OOTB it is available , and there is no way to validate. If you want, need to write BR / script to get all Aff. CI from change and then override the CI field in change task, which is again complicated and increase technical debt.
