ITSM: Modify Assignment group of the OOB Change tasks "Implement" and "Post implementation testing"

Hello,

 

I would be grateful, if you can share some guide or idea how to modify the Assignment group of the auto-generated (OOB) Change tasks "Implement" and "Post implementation testing" in a Change Request (ITSM). I started developing in SNow few weeks ago.

Hi @laghmouchi 

 

1st thing, it is not SNOW, its SN or ServiceNow.

 

Please check the OOTB flow for change  where these task getting created and you can see there.
