List view of records not displaying any records

I have a custom table. When I do "table_name_list.do or table_name.LIST(in navigator)", it displays no records. Please see the screenshot below.


Total number of records is missing as well. Dose any one have faced this issue?

Even though, when I click on Modules like ALL it is not showing any records at all. Not able to change the FILTERS as well.

I am using Helsinki instance.

Thanks for your help.

I had a problem where only some tickets were showing up for a specific user. I was thinking it could be some role or ACL. But I ended up identifying because of this comment that the problem was a before query business rule.
