Lists in workspace is not visible for some users

The list in workspace look like this

for some users the Unassigned is not visible like this

Can anyone help what might be the reason?

Go to the below table and check if it is restricted to certain users/role:

Type the below in filter navigartor:

sys_ux_applicability_m2m.LIST – where lists are made available to selected audiences

Hi @XYD23 ,

This might me because a role might me associated for each list. Go to the respective workspace and under Workspace Lists you can open the list and change the roles

In my case, I had to add role to list menu record available in sys_ux_applicability table.
