Location, Entitlement and Account on CSM module

On the CSM customer case level, the contract field is a customized client script that auto-fills when the customer account is selected. However, when the location field is selected, it clears out the contract selected and also affects the case priority. Similarly, when the contract is selected, it auto-fills the customer account field. I have thoroughly searched all the client scripts and UI policies on the case table, but couldn't find any attached to this behavior. After checking my personal instance, I discovered that it exhibits the same behavior, leading me to believe it is part of the Out-of-the-Box (OOB) functionality.

The purpose of this functionality is to attach entitlement to the Location and Account to the Contract without affecting each other. However, I am unsure of how this behavior can be achieved or modified. If anyone has insights or knowledge on how to accomplish this, I would greatly appreciate their assistance.
