Location populating as object Glide Record

I am trying to Orientation Location which is reference field to cmn
_location table.

Why did you change your GlideRecord variable to gr?

If it's still not working, confirm that CONTINGENT (case-sensitive) is really the value stored in your custom worker_type field.

@Brad Bowman  gs.log is populating the sys_id now but it is not populating on the case still.
