As a new ServiceNow user, I would like to seek advice from the community forum on the best practices for customizing the look and feel of the 'Service Portal' and 'ServiceNow Experience' in the Orlando version for different roles. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated with links to blogs or other links.

Hi @JJose

Greetings!!

The first thing which i recommend, please upgrade the ServiceNow version from Orlando to atlaest Utah or Vancouver. The latest versions/ release has many new features , which is quick to make changes.
