Look up email attachments is showing empty

I have a flow to look up any email attachments from an incoming email , i staged an email with an attachment in the email logs and ran the flow but it does not recognize the attachment am i doing something wrong here is the flow below

I think if you don't share anything about the flow, code that you used or anything like that you will not get much response. I only see the result of your flow and guess you call an action script with code, but I have no clue, and so will others. Share the process and steps followed so that people can follow your steps and perhaps help you out.
