Looking for a specific color entry when updating a theme

Hello everyone. We are preparing to move to the Next Experience UI during our upgrade to Vancouver. I followed the documentation on the ServiceNow site to update the colors in our instance to match what we are using today. For the most part, it worked great. However, I noticed that there is still some purple from the out of box color scheme that's still visible. So I have a couple of questions on this:

1. Does anyone know where that specific color attribute is so I can update it?

2. Is there an easy way to identify which attribute is setting a color? The reason I ask is that if we run into others, I'd like to be able to identify it quickly.

I do want to mention that in looking at the colors, I see color codes that are similar to that one, but there are a bunch of entries like that. I don't really want to trial and error my way through that if I don't have to. Also, when inspecting elements on the page, I'm not seeing a color code that I can match to the color pallet we are using.

Appreciate any feedback the community can provide! TIA!

In further attempts to figure this out on my own, I went through the style list and checked all color codes that were similar to what is pictured, attempted to change them, and then cleared cache and refreshed the page. So far, none of those changes have seemed to work. I also installed a color picker plugin in Chrome to see what the actual color is, and came up with the RGB value of (48,47,75). When searching for that code in the Style I created, it doesn't exist.
