I'm looking to write a report/pa on our surveys that are triggered on REQ completes but by RITM included data such as RITM Assignment Group, RITM Closed By. Our Req's do not have assignment groups or closed by, so we have no idea which team or person the survey is tied to for that REQ Survey.
I don't see a way to dot walk to the RITM inside of the REQ survey on either table asmt_metric_result or task_assessment_detail
for incidents it was real easy just going to Instance->Task->Assignment group but doesn't work for Req since i need to go another layer.. Any help!
