Lookup selectbox not working properly

I have a lookup select box when I an selecting a record it is incorrectly populating.

Can you explain high level what you're trying to achieve please.

I don't believe the 'Lookup from table' field under the 'Type Specifications' should be pointing to the 'Choice [sys_choice]' table.

What table and field are you wanting to display here? Is is the Title field from the User {sys_user] table? If so, change the 'Lookup from table' to 'User [sys_user} and then change the 'Lookup value field' to Sys_id and the 'Lookup label field' to title.

It is a choice table only with this ref quali dependent_value=customer_contact^inactive=false

Hi @Rosy14,

I appreciate the response, but putting the technical specifics aside, can you explain at a high level what the requirement is please? 

For example, are you trying to display the available Title's (title field) from the Customer Contact table?
