Lookup selectbox not working properly

Hi,

I have a lookup select box when I an selecting a record it is incorrectly populating.

It is taking the dependent value but it should come as lable value i.e, Account Manager rather than customer_contact. It is happening for few users who raised the case not for all users.

Eg: Display the logged in users title?
