Hello @Balakrishna_ABK
In ServiceNow, you can pull Microsoft 365 (M365) license information from various discovery sources. Here are some of the primary sources and where you can check the information:
- IntegrationHub:
- IntegrationHub provides spokes for integrating with external systems, including Microsoft 365. The Microsoft 365 spoke can be used to retrieve license information.
- Location: Navigate to IntegrationHub > Spokes > Microsoft 365.
- ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro:
- SAM Pro includes capabilities for managing SaaS licenses, including M365. It can pull license information directly from Microsoft 365.
- Location: Navigate to Software Asset Management > SaaS License Management.
