mail scripts in notification

Hi

I'm having notification on incident table  in body i need to show number: problem  number and description: child incident description. so for this i written 2 mail scripts and calling those 2 mail scripts in notification. But i wanted to write those script in one record and i need to get number from that script and description to respective fields.
is it possible to achieve how?
