Major INC - Configure Incident task form

Description:

As an IT Support User I want the Incident Task to be used during a Major Incident so that I can track individual groups work on a single Major Incident.

Acceptance Criteria:

I know this is true when if the Major Incident State field is set to Accepted on the incident record then display the incidents tasks related so that I can create new tasks to assign as needed. The incident task states should be New, In Progress, Closed and Canceled. An Assignment Group field should be displayed.

Please help me as soon as possible

Its always better to understand and try to implement something from your end when you get any story assigned, just pasting whole acceptance criteria and get all solution from others is not good idea. You will not learn anything if you do so. 

You can provide your approach here so that others can correct you if you are wrong somewhere.

 

Anyway I am providing my solution to your query for now.

 

- Add Incident Task related list on incident table(if already not there).

- Write on load client script to show incident task related list when Major Incident State field is Accepted.

- Configure assignment group in incindet task related list( if already not there).
