Hi Ticket is the ticker we raise to servicenow platform for any issues with products. HI stands for hosted itil.

for the rest , you should google it as they are hug topics and its difficult to answer them all here.

Service Desk : These are group of people who help to resolve all IT related issues.

HI tickets : If you are ServiceNow partner and you are facing any issue related to ServiceNow instance or if you see any bug in ServiceNow then you can raise HI Ticket which will be resolved by ServiceNow Employees.
