Greetings all,
Within our instance, "Incidents" Auto-Close after being resolved for 72 hours.
However, "Major Incidents" remain "Resolved" indefinitely.
Does anyone know what Out of Box Configuration is for Major Incidents? Should they Auto-Close too?
