Hello Team,
In my Instance, Incident communication is not auto-populated I go through with all the modules like BR, Client script but unable to find anything. After cloning my dev instance to Prod the functionality is stop working. Please let us know where I can configure this functionality again. There are total 4 task were created and now it is not created at all.
