Hi All! I have a requirement wherein the field named "CAB Recommendation" field is editable to the users with change_manager role and the change request state is Assess or Authorize. Currently the fields in our change request table will be read-only or you cannot edit it once the state is past new. What I did is to create an ACL rule which is below:
and it works when I tried it in PDI however it doesn't seem to work in our instance and what happens is that the recommendation field is still read-only even when I impersonate a user with change_manager role. How or where do I check to fix this issue?
