Make a field value clickable on a multi line text field

hi all,

I have a requirement in which I need to see a preview or open the record of the selected roles field by clicking the field value

Here I need to click each selected role to see the preview of the record. How can this be achieved? It is a multi line text field. I can change this field type to list collector or something else to make it work.

I don't see it as a good practice for end user to know a particular role is available with which set of users.

Please discuss this requirement with your customer.

@Ankur I have already discussed about this with my lead. He said it is for better mechanism for support staff to be able to preview the record. Is there any possibility to do for this requirement ?
