Making approval comment field mandatory in cab workbench (pop up)

Please suggest me how to make approval comment field mandatory in cab workbench 

While clicking on approve button in cab workbench a confirmation popup appears

In OOB, we have "Angular ng-templates" tagged to "CAB Workbench - Current Agenda Item" widget which calls the "Approve" and "Reject" operations. 

Also, in OOB on the "Reject" modal you can see the below condition which is missing in "Approve" modal. Kindly modify the "cab-approve-pop" angular ng template to make the comments mandate.
