Making Catalog Visible in Service Operations Workspace

We created a catalog in a scoped app. I would like the catalog to be an option when I click 'Create Request' in Service Operations Workspace. It shows the Service Catalog currently. How do I achieve this?

SOW is for the ITIL user for end users?

Why you want to create new request from SOW. OOTB it is available in Native view - Self Service.

We are working on using SecOps for Security Incidents. Agents are using SOW to work. The create request UI action is there but it takes the user to the Servicce Catalog only. I want to add the catalog that I created as an option as all catalog items for SI are being stored there.
