Manage Notification Preferences In Next Experience

Hi Experts,

Need your help ..

I have noticed one issue in notification. Few months back I have enabled Next Experience UI and When any notification email comes, at the end of email there are two hyperlinks "Unsubscribe & Manage Notification Preferences". I have issues with Manage Notification Preferences. Now if anyone clicks this hyperlink it take them to Homepage instead of actual notification preferences window.

If anyone can guide , from where I can tweak this functionality so that it route to actual notification preferences window.
