Hi all,
We are wanting to delete all dashboards that have not been used in over 1 year. I cannot find a way to determine which dashboards fall into that category. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi @Jonathan102
I think before you go for dashboard deletion, you need to see all the reports mapped on dashboard, that might be few reports are still used by users. and once you get all details then you can delete.

How do we see the reports mapped to a dashboard? We already have a plan to delete all unused reports too. We created a report that shows us those reports. Its easy with reports because they have a "last run" date.

Hi @Jonathan102 ,
For Dashboard utilization you can utilize the article written by @Adam Stout - https://www.servicenow.com/community/performance-analytics-blog/tracking-and-reporting-on-dashboard-...
For Which item is available on a dashboard and to see if same items is available on other dashboards etc. I have created the database view:
Based on above, you will be able to create a dashboard where you select dashboard in an interactive filter, and you will then have all the related items.
