Hi,
I am relatively new to SNow. I am building a simple Catalog item form, that requires line manager approval.
Configured the Requested Item Approval as "Line Manager Approval". And I have a flow reused for approval and service tasks creation. However, when I am running this form it skips the manager approval as the flow does not find the manager.
I have another form, that uses the same flow and goes for Line manager approval. This one gets the manager values and flows for manager approval as expected. I cannot find any difference between these two forms, but it works differently. Could someone please shed light on this issue?
