Hello,
I am just wondering if anyone is utilizing mass email communication to send emails from ServiceNow? As you know ServiceNow has a build in email functionality but does not have a feature to send mass emails so this would be a custom development? In my experience when mass emails are send about outages/changes it is based on datacenter, customers, clusters and etc.
High overview of development approach?
Pro/cons?
Any help/feedback will be appreciated?

I have similar requirement, we need to send mails to all employees of our company about certain events but frequency of such mails is very less. Could you please guide me through the steps

One of my customers has implemented such a functionality. Not available on share though 😕
In a nutshell, they have implemented a complete custom app about communication to users - especially around outages etc.

Barkha, you may find my Crisis Alert application useful. It can send emails to users, groups, and it also provides the ability to filter users based off a condition builder. If Notify is enabled in the instance it will also send SMS and text to voice as well.
