Hi all,
The issue that I am encountering is that if I clone the "Employee" taxonomy the custom taxonomy does not show in the mega menu at all. If I use the OOB version it does show but I can't add sibling topics other than the OOB IT.
I was able to modify the name from IT to IT Test. I was able to add catalog content as well for the OOB taxonomy.
I have tested this on my personal instance and the mega menu in the Employee center works fine.
However in the instance I am working on it doesn't work at all.
The posts I have read so far mention, logging off and on. This didn't work. I have tried incognito mode even clearing my cache for the browser.
I have ensured that the connected content is active and accessible by the users that I have impersonated including myself as admin.
Would anyone have any clue? Or should I just submit a support ticket?
Hopefully it shows in order but the 1st image is the OOB taxonomy showing and the active taxonomy things I can see from the menu. Except for the test which doesn't show up. Below that are the clone version which doesn't show up at all.

Hi @miles9 ,
You have to configure this new taxonomic under Portal Configuration, make sure update in the employee center scope.

Had the same issue and found a solution on a different forum.
Followed these steps and menu appeared:
- AI search Index Catalog Item Table and or Knowledge Table
- Log out
- Clear Cache
Boom! Mega Menu 🙂
