@mention displaying 5 names that are equal and I am not able to select the correct user

Hello All,

 

When I am using @mention to mention a user like Pedro Silva, it is displaying 5 users with the same name and I am not able to select the correct user. Is there a way to use @mention with User ID?

There's currently no way to change this. This has been discussed for a long time, but we don't have an alternative. The correct way is for the sys_user Display Name to be the person's full name. This would make it difficult to have "identical names."

The problem is that even with full name, sometimes we have 3 to 5 people with same full name.
