MID Server downloaded on Windows but the installer.bat file is missing

Hello i just downloaded the mid server update tokyo - > utah. Everything went fine but when i went to:
C:\install\ServiceNow MID Server midserveruis.dev\agent
there is no install.batch file to click on.
What is the issue?

Hi @asd22 ,
Did you installed midserver install.batch file on roam version it will not compatible , Installing a Windows MID Server has been improved . The installer.bat file has been replaced with the start.bat file to quebec Mid server.

ah ok i see, i have another issue now. When i clikc the start.bat file, it just gets stuck on "waiting to start"

Hi @asd22 ,
Follow below steps
1. Stop the MID Server service
2. Wait for MID server to go down, you can check the status from Instance
3. In the agent folder, rename the "Keystore" Directory to "Keystore.old"
4. Run the "installer.bat" file and ensure you have correct MID server name/userid
5. Once the MID server comes up, you can try validating it again.
