Hello,
I am trying to troubleshoot an issue after our test instance and mid servers got upgraded to Xanadu Patch 4b. Our primary mid server is functioning fine however our backup is displaying the error: Unable to load key store, MID server will not able to function.
After doing some research I found this KB article and followed the steps however that hasn't resolved my problem.

I have tried rebooting the server, invalidating then validating, and re-keying but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any other suggestions I can try?

Have you considered just uninstalling and reinstalling the Mid Server software?
You could also install a second MID server on the box, transfer everything to that one and then uninstalling the old one if you are concerned about it being down.

Thanks, Drew. That is the route I ended up going and felt comfortable with the decision since this was our backup and currently was not being utilized. If this was our primary I would have investigated more. After uninstalling and reinstalling the software there don't appear to be any issues but will check the status over the next several days.
