Dear all,

I am configuring MID Server for Utility Actions Spoke to build a ZIP Action. Here is the documentation on it: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-integrate-applications/page/administer/integrationhub-store-...

And it says: "Create a MID Server property with Value as *.service-now.com."

but what is the Name of the property? Could you please provide the name of the property?

Thanks

Hi @Kostya ,

Are you using MID servers? If no, then this step is Optional.

Now, you need to create a Property if that's something which is required for you if you are using MID servers. The "Name" Field depends on you, you can provie any name of your choice.

Hi @Kostya ,

Please Click on the text which says" Create a MID Server property " that will give you the steps .

Thank you Sandeep, to "Create a MID Server property" you need to provide "Name" and "Value". The article mentions only the "Value" (https://*.service-now.com), but what should be "Name" of the Property?

Update: ServiceNow support confirmed, the Name is optional or can have anything. Important is the value.
