The config.xml file for the MID Server connection in ServiceNow resides in the agent folder of your MID Server installation directory.
Here's a breakdown of how to find it:
1. Locate your MID Server installation directory: This is the directory where you installed the MID Server software. The location varies depending on your operating system and how you chose to install it. Common locations include:
◦ Windows: C:\Program Files\ServiceNow\MID Server or a custom path you specified during installation.
◦ Linux: /opt/servicenow/mid or a custom path.
2. Go to the agent folder: Inside the MID Server installation directory, you'll find a folder named agent.
3. Find config.xml: The config.xml file is located within the agent folder.
