Midserver is Down after clone activity

Hi Everyone,

 

We have recently Cloned from Prod to Dev,  After clone Dev instance Mid server is showing Down. We try to Check the Mid server user is inactive, So updated to Active and rebooted the Midserver. Still status is showing Down. 

There is no errors displaying, Everything looks good for me. can any provide suggestions how to make the Status to Up.

Hi,

Very difficult to point to specific reason. However, there is an article for Mid Server troubleshooting that you can look upto once.

Hi @Jaspal Singh ,  Thanks for reply.

 

We have reset the password for Mid server user and Updated New password in Config file. after that restarted the services. Still midserver is showing Down.

 

Created one Midserver issue:

User midserver associated with 1 down MID Server. No login attempts within reporting period.

 

Canyou please check this once.

Hi @prasad39 ,

 

Please update the Creds properly for the user account used in Mid Server, both on ServiceNow as well as on Mid Server Config File & check. It should resolve your issue.

Faced similar kind of thing post cloning.
