Migration to Zurich: Dashboard

I 've upgraded to the Zurich release and I'm running into an issue with dashboard management.
Whenever I try to use the dashboards I've built so far, ServiceNow prevents me from switching to the Zurich version of the Performance Analytics module due too 
It looks like the only way to fully move to the Zurich PA version would be to delete all the dashboards I've been using up to now.

Has anyone else run into this? Any better suggestions on how to proceed?

What do you mean by switch to zurich version? What error do you get?
